The best course of action I took: getting off Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and Twitter. I only use Bluesky (which is becoming mate and more popular) and Substack. Both have #democracy #antidictator folks to follow! I also stay away from mainstream media, because they’ve lost their true journalists.
