The 22nd Amendment is very clear on the issue, however, we all know Velveeta Valdemort thinks that the Constitution doesn't apply to him.

Part of me thinks it won't be that bad. The other part thinks it'll be worse.

Two years until the mid-terms. Maybe people will have found their senses by then.

Nice to meet you too, Sam.

I rarely, if ever, agree with everything. Nature of this woman, I suppose.

Attaining the goal of leaving a better place, has more significance as I prepare to enter my 70th year.

My very first vote ever was for Jimmy Carter.

I never regretted it.

When a former President passes away federal law dictates that flags fly at half-staff for 30 days.

Until January 29th.

Inauguration is on the 20th.

President Carter wins again.πŸ˜†

He'd never say anything nice about President Carter.

Agreed. I too am passionate about voting. As the daughter of immigrants it was instilled upon me that voting isn't just a right granted to all citizens, it is a duty.

In fact, it was my grandfather who took me to the courthouse on my 18th birthday to register to vote.

Court reform won't expeditiously solve the problem. It will take many years to achieve that goal. Unfortunately a legislative solution will take many more years.

Frowning upon those that made this possible isn't going to prevent nor stop the problem.

I have said for years that the people who "represent" us need to start wearing blazers festooned with endorsement badges so we know who they're beholding to and who they owe.

Also, I think the campaign season should be limited to 6 months -- not YEARS!

End Citizens United.

His presidency was marred by circumstances beyond his control and history has been kind.

In his post-presidency, he accomplished so much. Much more than others. Dedicated to a life of family, service and to God. He was the true embodiment of what it means to be a Christian.

Rest in peace.

I took a day off from news and social media -- my soul needed a break.

I came back to find that President Jimmy Carter had passed. Finally joining his beloved Roslyn in the after life.

I cast my very first vote for Jimmy Carter. I was so proud.

I never regretted that vote.

The GQP only cares about children BEFORE they are born. After birth, they are on their own with no cares given. No food, shelter, education, or healthcare. No rights to speak of, maybe their mothers should've kept their knees together.

Fuck the GQP and MAGA too.
