It is so easy to hit the ohmygoddidyouseethatpanicbutton right now. I'm doing all the emotions everyone else is doing. But I'm also trying to find my grounding. What I'm trying to say is that we can be sustained by long term reminders that times and situations change. Remember to look, remember who we are and then live from that place for goodness and healing. What will sustain us for the big effort to come still? See the moon. Bake bread.

yes - we're part of a long term process. It helps me to see the eternal as we fall down toward what seems unbearable.

Out my back window I see a small, thin, tiny little sliver of moon low in the sky. The light is diffused. This beauty has been here for us to see for generations & will still be there for generations to come. My seeing is important. The moon is seen. This is how we get through this.
