Made this risoni recipe from this lovely cookbook. Added some leftover cannellini beans, peas, feta & capers. The effect is like a quick, comforting risotto when it’s too damn hot to cook.

I’m obsessed with her recipes / so good! Soup/stew was easy and super moreish.
