Biden DOJ Sues Major Landlords Over Algorithmic Price Fixing | Common Dreams "If you mess with the price of rent, be prepared to meet the DOJ on the other side of that scheme!" wrote the American Economic Liberties Project.

The DOJ just sued six corporate landlords for using algorithmic software to allegedly price-gouge millions of renters.

Some, like Camden Property Trust, have even seen their profits skyrocket and spent millions on stock buybacks while engaged in this scheme.

The orbits of the fourteen currently known dark comets, Jupiter, and the Earth. The left and right panels highlight the orbits of the outer and inner dark comets respectively. Orbits of the newly discovered dark comets are labeled with italicized font, and the orbits of previously reported objects are labeled in roman font.

Intriguing "hey that's weird" discovery: Astronomers have found 14 asteroids that seeming move under their own power.

These objects are classified as "dark comets," presumably emitting gas that shifts their orbits. But so far, nobody can spot any sign of activity. 🧪🔭
