His eyes are deep on their skull, with a stricking purple tint, and sharp gaze. He has four short tentacles that emerge from his face, covering his mouth (spiky teeth peek underneath). Also, he has three fingered hands with claws and two toes on each feet. Clearly, there's a size difference between the two, Thorne being the bulky/tall one. The camera is on Thorne's right shoulder, making him almost cover all the background as well. He's resting on his back while looking the full figure of Irelt, that is sitting on Thorne's lap. The mind flayer is softly pinching and rubbing the mercenary's cock with both of his legs, while using his left hand to caress it. As illithids have no genitalia, a tentacle shaped penis is conjured (as a mage hand spell) that it's gently rubbing againts Thorne's cock too. But the attention of the mind flayer is directly looking into the fiery eyes of Thorne.
