Was able to finally get my siblings to watch Critical Role with C4 and they really enjoyed it even with no prior D&D knowledge. It was an amazing first episode. Love all the characters w special shoutouts to Sam and Whitney (who I wasn’t familiar with before) and Aabria for killing it

Also the post credit vignettes were so badass, and the showdown at the beginning, and just so many banger lines (“I do not use the null clef, I sign my fucking work”) basically the whole episode was fire. I’d definitely recommend his podcast World’s Beyond Number that he dm’s (bonus awesomeness of Aabria, Ericka and Lou as players) as it’s a truly brilliant show and up there with my favorite ttrpg stories of all time
