Yeah, I only really got on it at New Year's. My resolution was to get into books again and it's been great. My mate has 15 months listening time. He works in a library and just batters through history books all day long. The dream.

I am an audiobook lover as I find it hard to read more than 2 pages without a. Getting distracted or b. Falling asleep. I would also say that they have in advantage in the case of, say, the Alan Partridge books, as Alan Partridge reads them himself...b

A friend's in-laws only speak Irish at home. Fair enough, but his father-in-law basically refuses to speak English to him. He's trying to learn but is met with a wall of correction and impateience from his wife (who is LOVELY, I must add). It's just so annoying that ppl gatekeep like that.
