Wanted something I can take out and about, so picked up some sketching pencils, some cheap water colour pencils and water brushes... so a quick practice with them. They actually work quite well! Hopefully I'll get some relaxing painting done ... well that's the idea. #watercolourpainting #painting

my intention this morning was to go to do some more at Dad's house but I'm not in the right headspace at the moment and for once I'm listening to my body ... I've been here before and I don't want to get to that stage where I "hit the wall" again ... so today is a "be kind to me" day

Been quite a dry, warmish day ... by that I mean I didn't need a coat when I nipped see Dad! My garden bin was emptied this morning... now it's almost full again.
