One thing re: telework; over the last few years the Biden admin hired hundreds of new asylum officers but in remote only jobs. Many’ll outright quit if forced into offices (which don’t even exist for them now). So either they get to keep working remote or the Trump admin loses their capacity.

Statute gives them ten days. File suit and they’ll very likely settle immediately and give you your documents.
