Anyway, number 13 for the year was great. I prefer Nixey's other book, The Darkening Age, but both are amazing for anyone interested in classical antiquity, paganism, early Christianity, or the Roman Empire.

Every time I finish a book and add it to my list, I feel like I deserve a specialized merit badge.
