Too many good people in tech continue to platform the obviously bad people in tech because of their success, their audience, their notoriety, etc.

Holding yourself accountable to who you choose to platform is a sign of self-respect. Otherwise you're just another weak opportunist.

I've worked in a "self-managed" company for the last 9 years. I disagree.

You can replace top down management based on job titles if you create the right environment, processes, + incentives.

But few want to do that—it involves giving up control. Read
