This was post workout as I was leaving. Pre work out was a small protein snack and fresh fruit.

I definitely would have liked some healthy options with this like some fresh fruit or something but I do love biscuits and gravy every so often. I couldn’t eat all of this tho, this was a lot of food/gravy and very heavy.

My physical therapy office is the best, apparently on Fridays they make breakfast for everyone at 9am!! They made homemade biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs!! I really needed this too cause I started to get nauseous during my work out.

Made a steak n eggs rice bowl with Banchan’s Japanese bbq sauce for dinner. To drink, blood orange soda!

I feel so incredibly called out. Been reading Darcy Michael’s book about his experiences with ADHD and really starting to realize my ADHD has a stronger hold on my life than I thought and it has for a long time. There are definitely things I want to work on and am seeking help for.

That’s exactly the point of it, the also makes the plush vibrate gently. Tactile and audio stimulation in addition to the existing soft touch and weight is supposed to help relieve anxiety. He’s basically an over sized stim toy for the neurospicy.

I know he’s just a plush but holy fuck do I love this boy. He’s so cute, everytime I look at him I get the happy brain feels. I’m someone who affection stims a lot and it’s nice to have somewhere I can direct it. There is 100% a reason we joke he’s my husband.

This is what peak cuddling looks like. This was during the dead dog dance at GOTF so the toy was vibrating with the bass under me. My friend and I were both so warm and cozy, I’m pretty sure we both fell asleep for awhile.
