Every Republican legislator voted yes on HB316. While it failed to meet the 100 vote threshold, it is abhorrent that this bill even before the legislature.

Montanans have made their voices heard time and time again: they value their privacy and reproductive rights, and they will fight for them.

Months ago, Montanans voted decisively to enshrine the right to abortion in the Constitution.

Lawmakers are ignoring the will of the people and attempted to introduce a measure to change our Constitution, threaten that right and put health care, including IVF, on the chopping block.
