Say a year or two into this castlevania comeback plan they got, They announce some shit like "Castlevania Toodles of the sun" and it's a actual exploration rpg igavania with a more high gothic artstyle like we're used to being developed by a different team

Belmont's curse, to me, seems like they're trying to re-establish interest in the long dead franchise by making it kinda like the anime (Trevor being so tied in the plot) and dead cells (The artstyle, gameplay, devs)

I wouldn't be surprised if there is another project more igavania style

I think one of the reasons I'm pretty open to belmont's curse being a different take of castlevania's gameplay is

1. It's more like a modern classicvania to me (atleast I get that vibe)

2. Bloodstained 2 is right there. It's gonna be the classic sotn gameplay I love sooo

Okie so the main dev team is the guys who made brotato and did the dlc for dead cells, but they were also advised by the original dead cells team and konami

I've never played dead cells except for like twice in 30 minute chunks, time to actually give it a good honest try since they now have control of my favorite video game franchise ever made
