d) lesson presentation deep dive. i know i need more gravitas and confidence as a teacher. i would like to record myself giving lessons when i am calm, focused and happy, cultivating charisma. it'd be cool to have videos to share with students next year as an asynchronous teaching experiment

c) classroom management deep dive. my classroom was not normalized for pretty much all of 2023. it sucks to suck. i need to communicate expectations with my assistant and students better. be very clear and assertive in philosophical and pedagogical expectations.

a.) writing a set of nonficition readers correlated with montessori cosmic curriculum. i devoted all of christmas break 2021 and spring break 2022 to this. made a lot of progress and now with AI I could really move fast. this has income earning potential.
