i slept for like 20 hours only waking up to rush to the bathroom, wash my mouth and stagger back to bed, its been horrid.

I've never been so sick before in my life, Noro is kicking my ass but at least after sleeping for 24 hours I'm now able to sit upright.
I've had most parts of an apple.
And some salt crisps and I think I'm on the mend.
