Last night in bed I had my Switch 2 on the kickstand and was playing split joy-con Pokopia and whenever I was building I swapped to mouse mode on my bed. It ruled every single time, seamless, no hiccups.

Highly recommend using mouse mode to build but also in unsuspecting ways like bed.

Staying up on Marathon launch day until 2:30 AM really feels like a moment I don’t often get to enjoy with as many games as I used to. I hope this has legs because I’m enjoying playing solo and with friends.

I didn’t realize that GKC’s were a physical switch cart that has to stay in the system in order to play the game. These are actually the worst way to own a game.

I just assumed it was a code in a situation (which is also silly) but having to keep this inserted is mind boggling.

Saddened to announce I was affected by the recent Polygon layoffs. Though my time there was short, it was an incredible experience with a truly lovely bunch of people.

Resident Evil Requiem Could Have Been Impactful, Instead It Just Feels Like Empty Calories | Restart Resident Evil Requiem could have met the moment. It could have made an impactful mark on the franchise, but instead plays it too safe and feels a bit empty in the end.

I wrote some thoughts about how I think Resident Evil Requiem fails its thesis. How pulling on nostalgia doesn't feel like a look back and celebration, but rather a means to avoid examination all together. It feels like a marvel movie.
