I've also been using coffee as a way to mimic stimulant medication for adhd, and it's been working? Like I haven't had this much motivation to pursue digital hobbies and write music in YEARS. I'm actually finishing shit and doing long-term planning : )

A couple weeks ago I decided to change up my daily routine so that I'm physically getting out of bed hours earlier than before, and while the transition was kinda rough, now it just feels nice? I've also cut down on cannabis use considerably and go to bed earlier
