changed my discord account email earlier, now it's telling everyone i might be hacked 😭

saying, "hey, you shouldn't do this because (so and so)" is a lot better, as it's more kind and allows the person to know *why* the behavior is bad, rather than just that it's bad.

maybe this is just an autism thing, but i think it's an improvement that could help anyone regardless :>

random thought of mine:

when you're telling someone they shouldn't do something, consider explaining why.

more often than not, saying "don't do this!" to someone can cause confusion and allows the person to think you're just getting mad for no reason.

i seriously cant believe the amount of adults who have fallen for the stupid elf on the shelf crap. do you all realise you're helping re-enforce to your kids that its normal to be surveilled all the time and to fear that..?

its basically CCTV with pointy ears.

the kids are quite literally being trained with fear to be on their best behavior, because the elf is supposedly watching them all the time and can change supposedly the outlook of their presents. it's more manipulative than it is fun and silly

it's the general concept that luna is referring to. the entire concept behind the elf is that they were sent to make sure kids are being good, so they can report back to santa before christmas. sure a big part is about the shenanigans, but this is still the core concept unfortunately.

yeah a fixed navbar would work perfectly imo

this is rly not the best way to advertise your stuff.

advertising under every single discord.gg link will make people distasteful rather than encouraging them to use your bot.

this behavior is also against the bluesky tos, so if you cotninue this you'll likely get banned ;c

alongside all of that, i spend a lot of time talking to my friends, they're very awesome people and are just an absolute pleasure to be around <3
