I have been marathoning ZA Royales all day to farm candies and money and items.

I need a 2 hour break to prepare for Prime 4.

I have Sonic Racing Switch 2 Edition.

NOW I have all 3 major Racing games of the year on my Switch 2.

Right after a massive Mario Kart patch too.

So everything's looking good in terms of that.

Shiny female Level 17 Riolu in Legends ZA. Specifically caught for Mega Lucario Z in Mega Dimensions.

Shiny Level 20 female Absol in Legends ZA.

Shiny level 25 Male Gible in Legends ZA. I know Garchomp's Shiny is very bad but I still evolved him for science.

I gotta use the Kalos starters. I just gotta go and actually Shiny Hunt them but that's gonna be tough.

Chimecho was an out of nowhere choice but the design is so good and the type change to Steel/Psychic is amazing!

I am also a big fan of the Raichus because I memed myself into liking Pikachu.

I haven't tested the Kalos starters yet, but I really like Dragonite, Froslass, and Hawlucha from the new ones.

I think my favorite overall is either Gardevoir (very predicatable I know) or Steelix. Give it time for these new ones to get abilities and we'll see though.

Even though most of the designs are really fucking good? Yeah. It's insane.

Sometimes I think people just do it for clout because I can't imagine being a Waldorf and Statler to be too rewarding otherwise.

You really can't.

It's crazy because like, yeah I know the games aren't always the best, but our character and monster designs are incredible, some of the greatest in the industry, and usually if something looks weird it's for good reason to do with mythology or the like. But no one gets it.

There are rumors that Luke Z will have Mega Launcher (hence the Clawitzer and Dragalge in the trailer showing off both forms' abilities) and so it'd be really fun to mess with Lucario's usual Special moves of Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse and Dragon Pulse.

I feel like I'm one of the few people who actually like Lucario Z?

I dunno, just, regular Mega Luke is just "Lets add some spikes and markings on the guy"

This actually looks like a proper Mega. Is it boring that he isn't Psychic Type? Yeah, but Psychic isn't a good typing rn so it's ok.

I played one match and it was really quick yeah, but like, holy hell it's good.

I may even prefer it over Air Ride.

Playing City Trial is always really fun because you get to see everyone's random custom Air Ride Machines.

And I get to share with everyone my Pepsi Chariot, Canari Paper Star and Arwing Transform Star I bought off the market.

The event ended sadly, but I'm sure they'll run it again.

I'm sure you know this by now, but the usual playlist is 16 players and usually what happens is you pick from 4 stadiums. Occasionally they tell you what stadium happens.

But yeah, I need to play the game way more than I do.

When you slowly but surely start to realise the reason everyone hates summer but loves winter is because everyone lives in California, Texas, or Florida, and no one lives in the northern areas where it actually fucking gets cold.

Although tbf, Texas has been getting hit with cold spells of late.

Turns out resetting the Switch fixes the wi fi. It took me a while to realise my phone had wi fi (because it was charging most of the day) so yeah.

The insanely frustrating thing of all of this is as I said, I "beat this" before. I just got hit by a spiky ball at the last minute and got docked below 1 million so I didn't *actually* beat it.

By the way the solution was to legit af throw elephant chunks at the balls.

Most of the terrain around the spiky ball pit is dirt so it's not fast, but it works pretty well.

I made it to 970k last run, so I can probably make it.

I am currently thinking and maybe this will work, maybe it won't, to throw an emerald chunk at the spiky ball pit in the middle of the layer. There's usually a buncha spiky balls there and since I don't grab Kong Bananza it will open the area beneath too.

No, really, genuinely, if anyone has a viable strategy for the 6 spiky ball goal Void has in the Lanky Event, please tell me. It is the entire reason I can't win it.

I also miss sushi.

The sushi place next to us closed so now we don't get sushi nearly as often.
