The Barcelona Chair, designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1929 for the Barcelona World Exposition, is an iconic modernist masterpiece. Created as a luxurious seating option for Spanish royalty, the chair features a sleek chrome X-frame and hand-crafted leather cushions.

‘Whelmed’ really means ‘capsized’ - the over and under were added later for effect. But you can be consolate: consoled and comforted. And gruntled too.

I get them from Delicatezza. They do great Italian food and delivered too.

One dish Sicilian Luganega fennel sausage with roasted vegetables, it tastes better than it looks. One of my favourites. A drop of Chilean Bordeaux blend.

I honestly really enjoy a double ,double with liquor. When I worked at East India dock I used to have a little bimble down to Maureen's in Chrisp Street. It's the liquor that brings it all together (chilli vinegar optional, white pepper essential).
