How about we go after wealthy individuals who hide their assets offshore or in dodgy trusts etc. We’d get much more money back at lower cost. No, lets go after people on benefits because they’re able to get cars by using the benefit given to them because they struggle with their mobility.

They can’t close them all. It’s a statutory requirement for a local authority to provide a library service. Sadly it isn’t specific about what that service should be. i.e. 1, 2, 10 libraries or a mobile service visiting the district.
