For folks running Adventure Game Studio on Mac/Linux, how are you doing this? Planning on ditching Windows soonish and I see a few options for AGS but was wondering what folks on here were happy with.

Not long ago my dad decided he wanted to watch F1, googled "watch F1", clicked the first result that he saw (which was an ad, and not a website in any way officially affiliated with F1) and was prepared to whip out his credit card before I went "whoa whoa whoa what are we doing here" 😅

An undeniable part of the magic is knowing that a real living breathing actual human, someone who hopes and dreams just as you do, is somewhere out there writing a funny answer just for you. Huh, wonder if there's a lesson there.

I saw someone point out it only takes a couple of minutes to fill out a crossword puzzle, and that's exactly it.

I would also like to add: I've completed Maniac Mansions. Several times. Different kid combos, different endings etc.

But if you made me sit down right now and do it, without hints or a walkthrough, I'm not sure if I could make it to the end. And if I do, I would spend *a lot* more than 3 hours.

I know Horsey Game looks like a joke with a crude, janky style, but I’m 8hrs in and it’s the funniest, most brilliantly designed game I’ve played in years.
