Last night's stream of Castlevania III reminded me that while I'm thankful for the NES games providing good bones for the series, HOT DAMN am I glad they learned from those early works.

There was so much unfair nonsense in that game. 😂

Maaan. I knew I didn't like the company but stomached it because they published Dinkum (which is surprisingly comfy). Now I know for sure the bad vibe I got from them for all these years were justified.

Depends on the contract but yes, they can. Now, is that amount appropriate for the amount of work they did? That's a different matter but still important.

Been watching Kbash's videos while I work lately and they have been such a great experience intellectually.

The guy really gets into the meat of games and isn't afraid to deconstruct entire genres to find meaning and purpose.

I love how different of an experience PlateUp is for everyone. When I play, half the time I'm just chilling in the kitchen doing like 3 things at once. Meanwhile, my friends outside the kitchen are freaking out taking orders and bussing tables. 🔥🍽️🔥

I've come across a few where I'm confused because they used AC and now I don't know if you're talking about Animal Crossing, Armored Core, of Assassin's Creed.

Just a little pet peeve of mine. 😔

And not to say abbreviations are wrong but like....mentioning the full text of what you're abbreviating first really helps squash confusion.

If I was talking about a TF2 shotgun, some people would think of the Team Fortress 2 and others would think of Titanfall 2.

Took me a while to figure out that he was talking about Death Stranding 2.

I definitely try to avoid talking in abbreviations because there's just too many things already taken in people's minds.

A good number of people mentioned confusion on Dark Souls 2 because of this post.
