Most "School walkouts " are in states like texas. Here in Minnesota there is no school for a lot of kids.

Puerto Rico has citizens that can vote if they are in America but not while living in Puerto Rico.
Something about no electoral college there so votes dont count.

I-9 are not optional haven't been for geez 30 40 years.
Some companies also use voluntary program like verification services.
But my point about I-9 system is it uses companies to verify those documents which is and has been abused by owners to get employees that are not legal
