It's a study technique--you set 25 minute timers and focus on your task for that time, then give yourself a 5-15 minute break between each. Pomodoro means tomato in Italian bc the guy who invented it was using a tomato-shaped kitchen timer! I use the breaks to clean or sketch stupid stuff:
