What are the environmental impacts of food production? How do we reduce the impacts of agriculture on the environment?
it's not dietary impact--it's climate impact. The units are kg of carbon dioxide equivalents per kg of food. If you're speaking to the volume of foods in dishes, yes, this is simplified for young learners.

Pretty much every free lesson and video we've created has been funded by NSF. We are heartbroken for the labs that are losing funding, for the teachers and students that will miss out on future resources, & the American people who don't yet recognize what they will lose by defunding science๐งช

I've put in ~60 hrs over the last 8 months trying to develop a free web tool for sound analysis & visualization. I get $0 from this. Every $80 we raise funds a skilled web dev for 1 hour to check off these tasks.
