when their captions specifically are done poorly (there are language errors and sometimes the captioner just decides to get quirky with it) it sucks. a company that touts inclusivity and no one is making sure the captions are actually accessible?

i love dropouts content a lot but it’s a little secondhand embarrassing that their descriptions and captions have errors as simple as spelling eligible like that
