Russian athletes set to compete under own flag at Paralympics for first time since 2014 The IPC's decision comes after Russia was twice banned from the games, first in 2016 over a state-sponsored doping scheme, and then in 2022 due to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

The Russians are invading Ukraine, displacing, abducting, torturing, maiming, and killing Ukrainians. Allowing Russia and Belarus to participate in the 2026 Paralympics under their own flags and anthems normalizes this aggression and undermines the principles of international sports.

The stuff of nightmares. I love it.
