I'm back home now, out of the hospital. It's going to be a long road to being back to "normal" and my life is full of permanent changes, but I'm more than happy to deal with them to be keep being alive.

Turns out the "feeling unwell" and "virus" I was experiencing was *actually* my body slowly dying over the last few months and I've been hospitalized for a couple days now
