Medically inaccurate, religiously motivated propaganda videos DO NOT belong in health education classes.

BREAKING: H.B. 315, the bill that mandates Baby Olivia videos just passed the House floor this morning and is now headed to the Senate.

This bill would force Utah school districts to show medically inaccurate, religiously motivated propaganda videos in health education classes across the state

Utah lawmakers are advancing H.B. 315, a bill from Rep. Nicholeen Peck requiring Utah public school students to watch biased and inaccurate videos in all biology and child development classes, in addition to health education classes between grades 7 and 12.

ICYMI: H.B. 232 would block low-income Utahns with Medicaid from getting essential, non-abortion health care services at Planned Parenthood, including birth control, STI testing and treatment, and cancer screenings.

We won’t stop fighting until everyone — including Black communities — can get the care they need.

The sponsors of H.B. 232 are trying to limit patients’ choices when selecting a health care provider in a blatant attempt to target Planned Parenthood at the expense of low income Utahns.
