You dig the roasts back up, and slice the meat to serve with or without sauce.
A few of the local Volunteer Fire Departments have fundraisers where they take whole chuck roasts and wrap them in foil, dig a rectangular pit, burn hardwood into coals, stack the roasts on it when it burns down, bury them, and dig them up the next day to serve. You could modify the recipe to work.
