Ordered a Black & Decker Pet Powerseries stick vacuum from Big W on Mydeal app on sale for $174 from $249. When it arrived the on off button is faulty. I have to remove battery to turn it off. Big W is refusing to swap for a working one - will only refund. Sale no longer on /1

My 15 year old fb account was suspended due to a hacker & I have 180 days to appeal. Almost impossible to talk to a real person instead of AI or automated responses to sort it out & explain my innocence. 15 years of pics & memories about to be lost & I did absolutely nothing wrong. Happening a lot.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) has an epidemic of unfair account suspension due to hackers hijacking accounts to add dodgy profiles. Instead of the hackers facing consequences, the innocent account holders get their accounts suspended & cancelled permanently.
