Extended the ankles by 2mm so now the lower half with the thigh extension makes it 5mm longer than the normal Doga

GM Cold District is almost done! All that’s really left is the waist armor since it’s just a background element for the diorama. But hey I might make a full body some time!

sometimes you just want to model a building from your favorite box art and make it real. that’s a thing you can just do.

I can officially say the Huglion “Beacon” MT kit is ready for print! All sections have been formatted for assembly. The longest thing was the legs. It’s such a strange shape, and the ankle section was very tough. We’ll see how it holds up after print! #アーマードコア

This is a brush-painted model of a modified Requiem for Revenge Zaku

Besides the colour scheme, changes were done to further align it to the traditional Zaku.

Since I'm a total newb at scale painting, I followed the painting workflow of professional modeler Shimizu Kei

I really hope to build this guy again but I can’t stand that odd bump on its shoulder armor. This guy I actually swapped in the no-grade kit’s shoulder, and you may know how hard those to come by nowadays.

Chipping done, I revisted the stripe on the shield because it felt a little awkward. Then gave it a semi-gloss coat to seal everything in

Washed everything in ground brown and it finally started to look complete☺️

Here's my general colour scheme.
Still working on detailing > weathering > topcoat.
Used reflective decorative tape for the eye camera.
Pilot figure is a 1/32 gacha toy.

Had my eyes on this design for awhile now, finally printed it back in November.
Joints need m3 nuts and bolts and some DIY (I put tape for extra friction)

the body's finally got decals, panel lined and lightly weathered 💜🤍 unfortunately due to some rough tumbles some of the paint's been rubbed off in a few areas, which i can just fix later .. but i'm happy with how it came out!

Cutting the leg joints out so it can be directly inserted into the polycaps rather than the sandwiching method

This was done just to clean the seams on the bellbottoms :'). It looks messy but the rear is still intact so it wouldn't be that noticeable

White freezer door slowly being covered in gunpla fridge magnets made by some nerd-like gunpla hack who has no idea what to do with all those gunpla kit boxes piling up but now, hahahaha! gimme magnets! And yes, there are ice cream treats in that freezer, shhh.

Okay, so I got this freezer in the gunpla lab. Every time I get some old fridge magnet, I cut a piece of a gunpla kit box off and gluestick it on and voila! I have this hilarious gunpla fridge magnet freezer covering project going on. 😃❤️try to have some fun today.
