I did my first laparotomic Aortic replacement surgery today and I’m absolutely drained.
I loved everything about it and the tiredness just makes it all the more special.

I'm of the same camp, but he's not been doing awesome and I think the ship has sailed on him being more than a third liner at this point. Lapierre's looking really confident, he also brings more of the skills the Caps need, which are plamaking and transition play.

Miro hasn't been looking great to be honest, he is also very young still, some overcooking won't be bad for him.

Nothing should stop us from trying Lap on the wing to be honest. Milano being a player makes thing quite interesting and weird, really.

Ready to enjoy some of the most interesting Caps prospects soon. There's also Lapierre playing, so we'll see how that goes.

The really comforting thing about waiting for Ehlers is that other “dangerous” targets settled elsewhere.
So we either got Ehlers, make a trade for Rossi/Robertson or stand pat.

I guess there’s a chance they trade for Rakell or Rust, but none of them is worth moving McMike or Sandin.

The Beauvi deal makes a lot of sense. It happening after failing to get Ehlers means that in case of alternative additions the Caps probably plan on moving someone from the roster (looking at you McMike).
