Yesterday evening I started a new little project that is intended to be a hairband but would also work as shawl. I want to gift it to my oldest knitting friend Erika who is turning 90 next month.

Oh yes, I'm so in love. I was allowed to pick my favorites and this combination turned out so beautiful.

Today I received this lovely collection of hand dyed yarns by Johanna from CARLINA lanea. Johanna kindly gifted me this yarn to try out her new base HOME which is made of regional sheep wool. I'm in love!

Cat Love Socks
