over the years i've managed to tune my twitter algorithm *really* well to the point only major events can disrupt it; i take well to "whittle down what's there" better than "build from scratch" and i guess that's why this place feels barren

personally it just doesn't have most of what i'm looking for. i use twitter to kill time, laugh at memes, find cool art, and chit chat with moots. i can only do the last one here. probably because the (lack of an) algorithm is dogshit, but there's just nothing here, aside from occasional moot banter

my engine uses deferred and i prefer it that way :3 because i have more ideas of what i could do with it than without it. plus if i really want to i can just use direct into the combined framebuffer lmao

might be the (older) version of the game the campaign (which your screenshots are) is pegged to? because i swear i haven't organically come across that shading issue during my time with the game (even at 1080p and below, even on VCR), at least not to make the same magnitude of point i do with reach
