It does! Unfortunately, ACMI really only tends to focus on high profile Aussie software releases. As a result, the indie scene of this era is not well documented anywhere, and much is close to becoming (if not already) lost.

To be fair, I'd say at least 90% of the time, I do get a friendly response. But a good chunk of those are along these lines:

Ironically, the only person to get back to me with a genuinely decent lead, recently, is the dev of my holy grail adult content DOS creation. (It's still missing, though.)

Living in Australia, there aren't too many locals to try this with! I have straight up tried sending mail to enquire, but eventually Return to Sender reared its head.

Having spoken to devs who worked under this model, it varied wildly. Some sent them out, more never made the full versions at all.
