This ghost woman is known as Anima from The Evil Within 2. She had telekinesis and could go through mirrors. It's an older sprite I drew and never had a background so I just quickly painted one in. I don't even mind the blur, it's kind of cool.

This just goes to show that posting has become a game at some point.

Basically I don't think suppressing genuine dislike of doing something daily or often is a sustainable way to keep doing it. As far as I remember, I think I've only been able to endure things if I had enough desire to keep doing it.

Do you guys believe in true self-discipline, or is it always we just... want something. I think our brains always need enough reason to make a decision, short term or long term, and there just has to be more "want" than fear or whatever. Me and my gym buddy got into a debate over this! We're okay.

Man I haven't drawn another Mr. X artwork in a very long time but I have a fun artwork idea for him in my head semi-cooked up. I'm pretty sure it would take long, so hopefully I'll find time to draw the damn thing.

Every time I want to get back to the gym routine these days it's so boring and feels like starting from zero all over again 😞 I'm not fat now or anything but it feels more dull and pointless now than it used to. Gym culture doesn't help either. I miss people commenting on how buff I was back then 😅

Sorry to bring up old news but I just remembered that RE2 discourse that was so funny to me. It was like:

"It's not good because the yellow paint hinted on the ladders is unrealistic."

"Oh 🤔 Would you like a refund?"

"No, I changed my mind. I still want to play it."

It's not that frustrating because the investment is so small.

I feel this. Not as big scope as your game, but I've tried a few different game jams with others and it's so common. 😅

So the game was sort of near release but then your programmer left and then basically it was like the programming never happened or...?

I just noticed the zipper scrolling. I would have never thought of that.

I was like 7 when I first saw this game at my uncle's apartment. He played, I watched. The pile of zombies eating corpses at the beginning and the gushy chewy noises pretty much traumatized me before bed 😂 Our room also had big roaches and I had to sleep near a big window wall like at Kendo's shop 😱
