So apparently it's Bowser day so I guess I can share these.
Long story short, Vic has a magic wand that can transform and expands things, and turned a Bowser balloon he found into a sentient bootleg for his own use. These were just sketches illustrating that idea.
So the Afro guy from my last sketch never got formally introduced, he's something of a working character idea. one I've stewed on for a while and only recently began acting upon.
Long story Short, His name is Victor, he's the owner of Vee. as well as many other inflatable creatures.
