Last time i had support. Person who taught me not to care what others think about me. You need armor or at least fake armor to do this. Its worse single because im not owned in his eyes. Hes alot meaner. I wish i had some guarantees. If i dont win life wont be livable so is iy even worth it?

Talked to a family law lawyer yesterday. Lots to digest. I have a crazy, abusive ex who wont let me live life. If i dont win ill be stuck with an even worse situation than i have now and they didnt step up last time. I have to confront my own abuse in court. Cant just defer to my daughters now.

Alcoholism is genetic and a symptom, not the cause. What happens is in families like that- you arent really an an alcoholic until you lose a job because of it. Functional alcoholism isnt an issue or even alcoholism at all. Alcoholics trying to help the worser alcoholics to avoid their own.

I dont know where the gaslighting begins and ends anymore. Im recording conversations with mom because if I dont- they never happened. I can'tconfront, but its for my own sanity. For someone on spectrum- complicated conversations take me a consistent 2-3 days to even absorb so I need it for myself.

My rep in family is trashed, my mom hides it. Spreads rumors to shift focus, etc. Expert at it really. I was told growing up thhat a 6 pack, a 12 pack, then a 15 pack (my mom now), 2 12 packs (where my brother is now), a 5th of liquor (2 exes) - ALL in one day was okay and i was overreacting.
