Wayne Tinkle saved himself once before -- his AD Scott Barnes -- wasn't taking that chance again.
Tinkle is out at Oregon State.

BREAKING NEWS: Oregon State AD Scott Barnes met with men's basketball coach Wayne Tinkle today and has agreed to part ways with the coach after the season.
OSU has offered Tinkle the option to finish the season. He has not decided.

I miss talking with the honks at SMU. They were plotting to join the teetering Pac-12 years ago. Landed in the ACC instead. Now, they're at it again.
