We've just deployed 0.2.0 Hotfix 4, which includes the fix for the Smith of Kitava not being able to be selected after Ascending. You will need to restart your client to receive some of the changes in this hotfix. The full notes can be found here:

We're aware of the crashes on console. We have a fix and will be deploying them in a client patch later today. One of the common crashes is when previewing Microtransactions that aren't enabled yet, so we recommend avoiding the preview window while waiting for the patch to go out.

There was an issue where US realms were showing as being down for maintenance. This has now been resolved.

We've temporarily disabled the Scourge and Legion Commander Armour Set Microtransactions to stop the crashes in town while we wait for the fix to go live.

We're aware of some players experiencing FPS issues and are looking into this. We suggest trying to disable NVidia Reflex in the options as we've received some reports that this resolves the issue for now.

We're aware of some people crashing on Vulkan when trying to launch the game. You can try changing your renderer in the Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\poe2_production_Config.ini file
renderer_type=Vulkan -> renderer_type=DirectX12
