A scene from Yakuza 3 where Kiryu is at a bar with a woman named Ayaka Ayaka: I was born a man. ....I'm sorry. I'm sure this is really shocking to hear. Kiryu: No. Not at all. Everyone has obstacles they've got to deal with. Yours are just a bit bigger than everyone else's, Ayaka.

Like...this isn't just a one-off trans character. The whole sidequest is about her dealing with insecurities and fear of judgment. Helped IMMENSELY by the fact that they got an actual trans woman to play her.

Yakuza 3 isn't Yakuza 3 without this. Anyone giving Kiwami 3 positive marks are cowards.

already mentioned in the alt text buut i do want to point out here as well that Lyn is *technically* a half-fox half-rabbit. She has more "Fox blood" in her but her ears took after her father, (rabbitfolk), so they are fox ears but the size of rabbitfolk ears (with the same "bnuuy tufts" at the end)
