Some apple pies I made for a small thanksgiving last week. I couldn't find my pie baking pan after I'd already chilled the crust, so I turned them into personal pies.

Crust recipe was Alton Brown's, and filling was half spiced apple butter I made and half sugar-(semi-)dessicated apples.
