Dinner. Starting at the top. 2 fatty tuna, medium fatty tuna, 2 lean tuna. Bottom - yellow tail, wagyu beef, AK king crab. On top – Yuzu sauce, spicy mayo, house made wasabi, and pickled ginger. My wasabi options were house made wasabi or wasabi ground table side. I picked house made. It was great

I’m working on a series lately - “Family Tree”. I’ve done 7 and want this to be a series of 12. The last two are my sister’s. We painted it together during her recent visit The other painting I did for her son. He wanted something with the Northern Lights.
