Dinner. Starting at the top. 2 fatty tuna, medium fatty tuna, 2 lean tuna. Bottom - yellow tail, wagyu beef, AK king crab. On top – Yuzu sauce, spicy mayo, house made wasabi, and pickled ginger. My wasabi options were house made wasabi or wasabi ground table side. I picked house made. It was great
