I've been meaning to crank out more art within the coming weeks, and pull one last hurrah before the end of the year as part of it. I had a few ideas. But in the meantime, spend time with family, and be sure to relax.

I stopped watching Tobuscus' videos simply because of time flying by, his Minecraft let's plays were always my go-to.

Seeing him so insanely washed after all this time, on top of all of the serious allegations coming out over the years without me even knowing, just makes me feel so damn sad.

As stated in the thread's first post, I was one of Rigatoni's writers, but not in the way that you'd think. I contributed with a good chunk of the descriptions and character bios on the mod's abandoned NekoWeb site, with proof-readings by Blue.

A concept I drew on paper for a possible bullet dodging mechanic by pressing the space bar. Boyfriend is a wanted fugitive in this point in the story, Auxel's demeanor immediately changes and pulls out a gun

Storyboard for the opening cutscene of Auxel's week. Boyfriend was written to be a delinquent who would constantly steal people's stuff, so I envisioned the week the play out as him crawling through the vents into Auxel's apartment building

A VERY OLD sketch of Auxel, back when I first joined Rigatoni. I had no idea if I wanted to make this a dialogue portrait, or a miscellaneous art piece, but I used this as how I drew Auxel his two sets of sprites

Auxel's icons, which I actually made in Adobe Animate. Nebby pointed out how much he liked these as they reminded him of the art style of Castle Crashers

I later recycled most of the parts after being given a new reference, and the coloring process picked up for me quite a bit. The down pose is the only one unfinished, as the mod was put on hold when I got to that point

This never got implemented. But from what I can remember, the team was throwing around ideas for some possible one-shot/side songs after the campaign was finished.

I whipped up a small DLC graphic for the menu, but it didn't really go anywhere

Probably would've gone a little harder if I made this into separate parts and bop to the music

For starters, the main menu. I took the opportunity to make a silhouette of Boyfriend and try a certain avenue with the shading. It's abt a year old, but I think it holds up well
