Video game: "There's no time! You need to save the world NOW!"

Gamers: "What do you mean you didn't stop to explore the world and do side quests? You played the game wrong."

We need three day weekends. Friday night is the best part. Saturday is recovery from the week and night before, doing as little as possible. And Sunday is mostly spent dreading Monday nearing. There's no designated day for whimsy, frolicking, or exacting revenge on enemies of old.

IT IS TIME.

Increasingly convinced the main damage cell phones have done to creativity isn't decreased attention spans or what not but the elimination of productive boredom. Inspiration comes from the mind filling the void inside. Hard to make art when you're constantly silencing the silence with "content."

I have two creatives inside me: the one who wants to keep things secret until it's ready to be shared, and the other constantly craving to spoil everything about it before I even start working on it

can't forget about the ones where it makes me go "oh this is about mental health issues again isn't it"

i am but a spectator to whatever my characters are doing
