Trying to not like psych myself out? It's not as bad as it was. It's not fun losing grip in your hands, kinda drives you a littleeee nutsssss. At least I know a lot of it is coming from my neck O_o; and my insurance is infinitely better this year.

On fancy gay steroid for a week. Then physical therapy for 6 weeks. Going to a REALLY nice facility that has an actual super duper certified hand person. If this doesn't work, they're gonna shoot needles into my body.
Been having issues intermittently but it got rlly bad at the end of Jan.

It's crushing man. I think my left arm is affected too it's really difficult to open door handles, drive, type, I'm so bored out of my mind.. trying to walk more so I don't get stuck in my head.

back to physical therapy 🫡🥹 haven't been able to do anything with my hand for weeks. Found out it's my neck causing random spasms of inflammation and pain down my arm & hand. So that's cool. I guess. I'm not handling it super good tbh but I'm getting seen at least.
